Reviews Decoded sells a one-time written report analyzing the public customer reviews of a single product listed on amazon.com. The price is $39 per report, taxes included. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
You give us the link to an Amazon product page and pay $39. We read up to 500 of that product's public customer reviews and produce a report you can read in your browser and download as a PDF. This usually takes about 15 minutes. You do not need to keep the page open: its link keeps working, and your report appears there when it is ready.
The report analyzes what customers wrote. Counts and percentages are computed from the reviews themselves; quotations are checked word for word against the review they come from, and any quotation that cannot be verified is removed before you see it.
The report is an analysis, not a guarantee of results. Acting on it is your decision, and we cannot promise any particular outcome for your sales or your rating. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Amazon.
Some products cannot be analyzed: the listing is too new, has too few reviews, has been removed, or Amazon does not serve it to us. Sometimes something breaks on our side. If we cannot produce your report, you are refunded in full, automatically. You do not need to ask.
The report is a digital product, delivered online — usually within about 15 minutes of your payment. Once it has been delivered, it is not refundable.

Your report is created and delivered by Reviews Decoded. Payment is handled by Link, Stripe's payment service: your purchase is sold through Link, which acts as the merchant of record. That is why your receipt comes from Link and your statement shows "LINK.COM*". For a question about a payment, a receipt or a charge, you can contact Link support.
