Only two things: the Amazon product link you paste, and the details you enter at checkout. We never see your card number — Stripe and Link, its payment service, handle payment, and we only learn whether it succeeded, along with the email address you gave at checkout.
We read the public customer reviews of the product you ask about — the same reviews any visitor to Amazon can read. We store the text of those reviews so we can verify every quotation in your report against its source, which is what makes the report checkable rather than merely plausible.
Reviews are written by Amazon customers, not by us. We use the text of a review and its rating. We do not build profiles of review authors, we do not contact them, and we do not sell or share this data with anyone.
Four services process data on our behalf, and no one else: Render hosts the site, Apify collects the public reviews, Anthropic (Claude) reads them to produce the analysis, and Supabase stores them. Payment is handled by Stripe and Link, under their own privacy policies. Your report is not shared with anyone, and it is not used to train any AI model.
Your report stays available so you can come back to it. Ask us and we delete your report and its underlying data.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us and we answer within one month.
