What exactly do I get?
A report you read online and can save as a PDF: a one-page summary, every problem with buyer quotes and what it costs you, the fixes in order, the words your buyers use for your listing, and a SWOT. See the sample report.
What's in the free check?
The 3 complaints that come up most in 60 critical reviews of the product, with a real quote each, in about 30 seconds. The full report reads up to 500 reviews at every star level and adds why each problem happens, what to fix first, what buyers love, and your listing keywords.
What if my product has few reviews?
We read the reviews that exist. Under about 30, the report is thinner: the problems are still named and quoted, but a percentage on 12 reviews means little, and we say so instead of hiding it. If there is nothing we can analyze, you're refunded in full, automatically.
How long does it take?
Under 10 minutes. You can close the page: its link keeps working, and we email you when your report is ready.
Can I analyze a competitor's product?
Yes. Any product with reviews on amazon.com works, yours or anyone else's. You can also add a competing product to your own report and get the two compared.
How do you know the numbers are right?
The AI reads the reviews; our code does the counting. Every quote is matched word for word against the review it came from, and one that does not match is removed. We read up to 100 reviews per star rating, then weight them to the product's real rating mix, so a 4.7-star product does not look like a 3.0.
Do you need access to my Amazon account?
No. We only read public reviews. There's nothing to connect, and nothing to install.
Who handles the payment?
Stripe, through its Link service. We never see your card details, and your receipt comes from Link.
Is this connected to Amazon?
No. Reviews Decoded is independent and not affiliated with Amazon.
