What Review Insights is

Review Insights is a tool inside Helium 10, the seller suite. From its browser extension, on any Amazon product page, it shows the positive and negative topics of that product's reviews, how often each comes up, and how it affects the star rating, with a few snippets per topic. It runs on Amazon's official Customer Feedback data, so nothing is scraped, and the answer is instant.

It needs a paid Helium 10 plan: the entry plan that includes it is listed at $129 a month, or $99 when paid for the year. The free plan does not include it.

Where it stops

Topics are a summary, not a decision. Review Insights will tell you that "durability" is a negative topic. It will not tell you what breaks, after how long, what it costs you in returns, which of your three problems to fix first, or which words to put in your listing. And it gives you a panel in a browser, not a document you can send to a supplier, an agency or a partner.

Which one you need

Honestly: if you already pay for Helium 10 and you want a quick look at the topics of a product, use Review Insights. It is included, and it answers in a second.

Take a report instead when you need something to act on or to hand over: a supplier meeting, a listing rewrite, a decision before ordering stock, an audit for a client. And when you do not want a subscription: two reports cost less than one month of Helium 10.
