Sometimes a report cannot be produced: the product has too few reviews, the listing is gone, or something breaks on our side. When that happens, you are refunded in full, automatically. You do not need to ask.
Your report is a digital product, delivered online — usually within about 15 minutes of your payment. Once it has been delivered, it is not refundable.
If the report you received is incomplete or does not open, write to us within 7 days of your purchase. We will fix it, or refund you if we cannot.
